Description

The Airport Authority Hong Kong (the “Authority”) is planning to enhance the car parking and vehicle staging facilities to meet the increasing demand at Hong Kong International Airport.

This Contract includes site clearance, demolition works and construction of car parking and vehicle staging areas.

The Authority hereby invites tenders from contractors with PROVEN EXPERIENCE and the CAPABILITY to manage and construct the Works. Suitable applicants will need to be able to demonstrate previous experience in projects of similar nature and implementing projects in an operating environment.

Tenderers will be required to submit a tender bond in the amount of HK$1,000,000 with the tender.

All costs associated with any submission in response to this notice shall be entirely the responsibility of the applicant.

The procurement of the Works is covered by the Agreement on Government Procurement of the World Trade Organisation.
