Hong Kong - Hong Kong - Enhanced Prudential Supervision System (EPSS)

Description

The system is to provide staff in banking departments with an management information system for authorised institution supervision.

You should be able to provide the hardware, system software and implementation by November 2018.

The system should include, but not limited to the following components:

- Unix-based servers
- Windows-based servers
- storage area network storage
- latest version of system software

The system should:

- accommodate 50 concurrent online users in the first year
- handle a growth of 10% per year in terms of data volume, number of users and processing workload
- have a central processing unit
- have a memory utilisation rate of no more than 75% during peak hours
- have 99% system up time
- mount real-time replicated production data volume in less than 10 minutes in a Disaster Recovery (DR) environment
- review and enhance existing data backup and restoration procedure
- be re-established and all applications should continue functioning in a DR environment within 1 hour and switch back to a production environment within 4 hours
- be able to log individual activities and integrate with central log management system
- have data protection by cryptography

You will need to take the lead as co-ordinator with a third party application vendor for the EPSS applications installation.

You must have an office in Hong Kong during the contract period.
