Description
Aircraft type: PA 34 Seneca, or equivalent. Multi engine piston (land) aeroplane - MEP(L). Equipped with retractable chassis, adjustable propeller, minimum four-seater. Minimum motor power 100 hp. Manufactured after 1990, it must have an operational ELT rescue transmitter permanently mounted to the airframe structure. In the absence of such a transmitter, the owner of the aircraft must provide access to the ELT portable rescue transmitter for the time of aircraft operation by the PWSZ in Chełm. Equipped with a radio station that allows radio communication on frequencies in the range from 118 MHz to 136.922 MHz inclusive.2 Base Aerodrome: Mielec (EPML); Lublin (EPLB); Royal Depulsive (EPCD)3. Technical Inspection: The aircraft must be managed within a Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation. The CAMO Organization, in which the owner's aircraft is managed, must conduct training in keeping the On-Board Technical Log for personnel selected by the State Higher Vocational School in Chełm. The training will be conducted on the day of handover of the aircraft at the Royal Depulsive Airport. A report will be drawn up on the transfer of the aircraft. In case of technical failure or maintenance work lasting longer than 7 days, the SP owner must provide a replacement vessel with the same parameters. In the case of prolonged maintenance work on an aircraft (SP technical failure, waiting for parts), the owner may request in writing the extension of the maintenance period.Insurance: the owner of the aircraft is obliged to present a current insurance policy (Aerocasco, OC, NNW) and include in the insurance policy of the aircraft user - PWSZ in Chełm; the scope of insurance must include: Insurance coverage Minimum sum insuredAerocasco PLN 200,000OC of the aircraft user SDR 1,500,000NNW of the crew members PLN 20,000/1 os. - in case of death PLN 40,000/1 os. - 100 % permanent damage to health4. Instructor supervision: OKL PWSZ in Chełm;5 Obligations of the owner: the owner of the aircraft is obliged to enter in the certificate of registration, PWSZ in Chełm as the aircraft operator. The aircraft will be delivered to the place of training based on the training plan transferred for a given month to the lessor by the HT Training Manager Ośrodka.6. Aircraft Audit: The Ordering Party reserves the right to audit the aircraft and inspect the SP documentation by authorized employees of OKL PWSZ in Chełm, before signing the contract and during its duration.7. Number of flight hours: up to 100 h8. Order completion period: until 31.12.2020, with the possibility to extend the order completion date in case of adverse weather conditions or due to circumstances affecting the student education process (e.g. failure to meet the training participant's statutory requirements to join the next stage of flight training);9. The Customer provides fuel and oil for 100 hours of flight, the Customer does not provide fuel and oil to perform maintenance;10. Comments: the aircraft will be handed over and collected with a full fuel tank. Aircraft type: Cessna 172RG/Piper Arrow PA 28, or equivalent single-engine piston (land) aeroplane - SEP(L). Certified to carry at least four persons, with adjustable propeller and retractable undercarriage. The aircraft should have a range of at least 1000 km. manufactured after 1980, it must have an operational ELT rescue transmitter permanently mounted to the airframe structure. In the absence of such a transmitter, the owner of the aircraft must ensure access to the ELT.2 portable rescue transmitter for the duration of the use of the aircraft by the PWSZ in Chełm. Base airport: EPLB.3. Technical supervision: The owner of the aircraft is obliged to operate CAMO. The owner's CAMO must conduct training in keeping the On-Board Technical Log for personnel selected by the State Higher Vocational School in Chełm. The training will be conducted on the day of handover of the aircraft in the operating premises of the OKL PWSZ in Chełm, in the area of Lublin Airport. The aircraft owner is obliged to carry out technical maintenance at his own expense: a) if the maintenance organisation is within a radius of no more than 200 km, it is envisaged that the Referee may be present to perform maintenance at the expense of the owner of the Referee, In the event that the Purchaser reports a breakdown or defect, the Contractor shall ensure that it is rectified immediately, but no later than within 3 days of receipt of the notification, unless the Contractor and the Purchaser agree on a longer period for rectification, or within that period provide a replacement aircraft of the same type, free from defects, meeting the conditions set out in the contract.4Insurance: the owner of the aircraft must present a current insurance policy (civil liability, NNW) and include in the civil liability policy of the aircraft user - PWSZ in Chełm; the scope of insurance must include: Scope of insurance Sum insuredAerocasco, covering partial and total losses following an accident, incident or air event 120 000 złoc of the aircraft user SDR 1 500 000NNW of crew members PLN 20 000/1 os. - in case of death PLN 40,000/1 os. - 100 % permanent damage to health5. Instructor supervision: OKL PWSZ in Chełm; 6. Aircraft Audit: The Ordering Party reserves the right to audit the aircraft and to inspect the SP documentation by authorized employees of OKL PWSZ in Chełm, before signing the contract and during its duration.7 Obligations of the owner: the owner of the aircraft is obliged to enter into the registration certificate, PWSZ in Chełm as the aircraft operator. The plane will be delivered to the place of training based on the training plan transferred for a given month to the lessor by the HT Training Manager of the Centre.8. Number of flight hours: up to 120 h.9.Order completion period: until 31.12.2020, with the possibility of extending the order completion date in the event of adverse weather conditions or due to circumstances affecting the student education process (e.g. failure to meet the statutory requirements of a trainee until the next stage of flight training);10. The Ordering Party provides fuel and oil for 120 hours of flight, the Ordering Party does not provide fuel and oil for maintenance. Aircraft type: Cessna 100-series or equivalent, single-engine, two-seater with double control system (for student and instructor), all-metal Upper Gripper Plane, fixed chassis, three-wheeled chassis with front wheel. The aircraft should be propelled by a piston engine of not less than 100 hp and manufactured after 1977. The aircraft engine must be adapted and certified to use AVGAS 100LL aviation gasoline: The aircraft should be equipped with: a) pilot-navigation instruments (speedometer, transponder, barometric altimeter, variometer, artificial horizon, magnetic compass, gyroscopic course indicator, turn coordinator), b) VOR radio beacon receiver with CDI indicator, c) radio station installed in the aircraft, which enables radio communication at frequencies in the range from 118 MHz to 136.922 MHz inclusive, including channel spacing 8.33 MHz.d. an operable ELT rescue transmitter permanently attached to the airframe structure. In case of lack of such a transmitter, the owner of the aircraft must provide access to the portable rescue transmitter ELT.e) first aid kit (first aid kitf) for the duration of the use of the aircraft by the PWSZ in Chełm in accordance with the relevant technical regulations.(g) Heating of the Pitot tube (ah) Device indicating inadequate power supply to gyro instruments (i) Safety-belts with upper torso restraint system and single release point in each seat of a flight crew member, Performance: The aeroplane shall achieve a cruising speed of at least 80 KIAS at not more than 75 % of engine power. The aeroplane shall achieve a climb gradient after take-off of at least 7 % in standard sea level conditions. The minimum duration of the flight excluding the reserve for 45 minutes should be two hours thirty minutes.Technical condition: Airframe Structure Inspection (SID) performed. The entire aircraft, all its components and appliances must be operable and therefore capable of safe operation within the meaning of the technical regulations applicable to the type of aircraft. Documentation: An aircraft must have complete documentation in accordance with the regulations of NCO.GEN.135.2. Base aerodrome: Royal Depulsive Airport (EPCD), Lublin (EPLB);3. Aircraft Audit: The Ordering Party reserves the right to audit the aircraft and inspect the SP documentation by authorized employees of OKL PWSZ in Chełm, before signing the contract and during its duration.4.
