Description

A construction plan is to be made for a foot and cycle path from Reppe (Reppevegen) to Vikåsen (Vikelvvegen X Vikåsen). The section is approx. 1150 m and includes a new bridge over Vikelva downstream from Nydammen. The foot and cycle path must be lit. There are strict requirements regarding environmental follow-up in the project.
A construction plan is to be made for a foot and cycle path from Reppe to VIkåsen. The section is approx. 1150 m and includes a new bridge over Vikelva. The foot and cycle path must be lit. The aim of the project is to get more people to walk and cycle to school and sports facilities. It will be a shorter distance, give increased safety and traffic safety as children will not have to walk along large parts of Reppevegen and via Dolpa. The development plan r20110001 'Reppe - Vikåsen, new road route' gives a number of guidelines, including taking care of the water environment in Vikelva and reuse of top-soil in the local area.Dispensation has been granted for the measure from the development plan and the municipal plan's area use, BYGG-21/84274-9. The main content of the dispensation is that a foot/cycle path can be built along a route that deviates from the development plan so that the existing route for Osvegen can be maintained.A mass landfill site has been established in accordance with the development plan next to parts of the regulated road and foot/cycle path r20140019.Ground surveys were carried out in 2022 by municipal engineers in the area where the bridge will be founded. Separate ground surveys have not been carried out for the development or the Environment Pack's preliminary project, but there are some older ground surveys in the area. The normal drawing for foot and cycle paths can be used, TK-F04. I.e., the asphalted width must be 3 m and the shoulder on each side 0.25 m. The width can be included in the regulated road area, the detailed engineering design services must show how. There can be deviations from the asphalted width past the listed smallholding Reppestrøa if necessary. Consideration must be given in the detailed engineering design services as to whether there should be a combined solution filling/wall past Reppestrøa - the Director of Cultural Heritage Management wants as little wall as possible. Consideration is to be given as to whether infiltration of surface water can be used on parts of the stretch.A preliminary project has not been carried out for a bridge solution in the development plan or concept choice phase. There must, therefore, be a preliminary project for a bridge solution in the detailed engineering design phase. This is to be combined with environmental goals for the project - both for the use of material and for taking care of the nature and water environment in the construction and operational phase. An environmental follow-up plan must be made for the project, which is to be updated in all the necessary phases. The regulated road/bridge for vehicles is not to be designed now, it is uncertain whether this will be constructed at a later date. Resources are not to be used for replacing matter for a road, etc., but a possible later establishment of a road/bridge is to be taken into consideration when this does not make the solution more expensive or reduce the use value of the measure that is to be constructed now.Two parts of the procurement are an option. Option 1 concerns a strengthened focus on the environment if we are granted climate resources from the Ministry of Climate and the Environment. Option 2 concerns follow-up in the construction period.
