Description

Troms and Finnmark County want tenders from contractors with the professional, technical, and financial basis required for fulfilment of the contract.Furthermore, experience is required from equivalent work, for the execution of the above-mentioned contract work in accordance with the tender documentation.
The contract concerns operational and maintenance assignments in the summer half of the year 01.05.2021 - 31.08.2021, with function responsibility for some of the assignments, on county roads, and county foot/bicycle paths with associated side installations, side areas, equipment and installations in parts of Harstad and parts of Kvæfjord Municipalities in accordance with the road list provided in chapter D2-V1.The work will be remunerated by round sum for round sum processes, in relation to amounts and unit prices for other processes such as cost-plus work in accordance with the hourly rate for crew and machinery.The contract applies for the period from 01.05.2022 until 31.08.2026 for all of the tasks described.There is a mutual option to extend the contract for 12 months + 12 months, from 01.05.2027 until 31.08.2027 as well as the period 01.05.2028 until 31.08.2028.The road network included in the contract (including arms and ramps) consists of:209,792 km of roads in totalincluding196.256 km county roads,13.536 km county foot/cycle paths.The traffic on the road network varies from approx. ADT 100 to approx. ADT 7000. An annual traffic growth is expected of approx. 1.0 %.The assignment mainly consists of routine operation assignments and minor maintenance assignments on the road network. The assignment also consists of inspection and registration, planning the activity, stand-by and general traffic management, documentation, reporting to the builder, information to the public and handling other assignments that are necessary for operation and maintenance of the road network.
