Description

The contract concerns the project management and supervision of the following operation: - replacement of the structure's PLCs as well as the migration of the associated field networks to the standard PROFINET protocol, - replacement of the bays located in the safety niches of a section of the DUPLEX A86 tunnel. The contract also includes additional project management assistance missions.
The operation to replace the SSCC VL1 automatons and bays has two parts: - the replacement of the 3 pairs (redundancy) of concentrator PLCs; - the replacement of the 16 pairs (redundancy) of business PLCs of the project as well as the migration of their associated field networks from GENIUS protocol to PROFINET; - the material and electrical adaptations of the cabinets and racks (approx. replacement of the 34 "SSCC" bays located in the security niches of the VL1 section (Rueil-Malmaison / A13) of the DUPLEX. - This operation includes specific constraints related to the intervention in tunnels under operation (taking into account the Minimum Operating Conditions, night work, etc.) as well as a prototyping phase aimed at qualifying the technical solution to be deployed.The present contract concerns the project management and supervision of the execution (VISA/DET/OPC/AOR) of the two parts of the above operation, as well as additional missions of assistance to the contracting authority.
