Description
The purpose of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to short-list three (3) qualified consultants for full proposal submissions in response to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Highway 7B – Shaughnessy/Argue Street Flyover project. The Province’s intent is to establish a consulting services contract with the successful proponent.The successful proponent will undertake functional design for this project. Subject to funding approval and satisfactory performance, the Consultant may undertake detailed design and general engineering services during construction following functional design.
