Tenders are invited by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan from reputable firms/contractors having relevant experience and registration with Income Tax & GST Department for execution of the following work:

As per work order(s) to be issued during Contract Period

Tender Document can be downloaded from the HEC/PPRA websites after payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2000/- to be deposited in HEC Account No. 17427900133401 of Habib Bank Limited, SRC Branch, Sector H-9, Islamabad (online or physically). Proof of Tender Fee submission must be enclosed with the Bids.

It is mandatory for a bidder to submit the bid to the PPRA-EPADS (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) as well as submit the physical bid (in sealed envelopes) on or before the submission deadline.

The bids will be opened at the specified Time and Place in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend.

No bid will be accepted without evidence of Tender Fee Submission and Earnest Money.

Bids will be rejected if not received in Physical Form before the submission deadline. Furthermore, bids will be rejected if not applied for on PPRA-EPADS system before the submission deadline.

HEC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. In case of sudden holiday on bid Opening/Submission date, the bids will be opened on the next working day.
