Description

The procedure for awarding a classic contract is conducted as an open tender under Article 132 of the Act of 11 September 2019. Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129). Delivery of 4 pieces of brand new electric low-floor city buses with a length of 17.5 m to 18.75 m (LOWER) together with equipment and other elements of the subject matter of the contract specified in OPZ and Planned Provisions of the Contract.
The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of 4 units of brand new electric low-floor city buses with a length of 17.5 m to 18.75 m (LOADS), together with equipment and other elements of the subject matter of the contract as specified in OPZ and Planned Provisions of the Contract, in accordance with SWZ. The subject matter of the order is one of the activities carried out under the Project entitled "Electrification of municipal transport lines in Zielona Góra" co-financed from the budget of the European Union from the funds of the Cohesion Fund under the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014 - 2020.
