Description

The services to be carried out under lot 3 - partitioning, flooring, ceilings, interior joinery and finishing work covered by this agreement are as follows:
preparatory work,
primers and primers
paint and varnish on walls, ceilings and joinery,
floor and strip paints,
wall coverings,
flexible floors,
hard floors,
baseboards,

plasterboard partitions, linings and coverings,
demountable vinyl-covered partitions,
false floors,
false ceilings,
partitions for clean rooms and cold rooms.

In general, the Contractor will be responsible for all the work and supplies required to carry out the following works:
Site installations;
Mastery of the regulatory and technical texts related to the trade;
Design and execution of works;
Bringing in and removing site equipment;
Sorting and removing rubble and waste from the worksite;
Work related to the trade carried out in accordance with the rules of the trade;
Testing, acceptance, warranties, completion drawings;
Attendance at coordination meetings;
