Poland - Heating pumps

Description

The subject of the contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of 50 installations with geothermal ground source heat pump for households, together with the preparation of geological and technical documentation and balance of energy demand of individual installations, under the project entitled "Energy production from renewable sources in the area of the municipality of Kleszczewo and Krzykosy" on private properties of the inhabitants of partner municipalities, i.e.: the municipality of Kleszczewo and the municipality of Krzykosy. Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in the functional and utility program with annexes (note - Annex no. 3 to the PFU has been updated) constituting Annex no. 3 to the ToR and in the supplementary information constituting Annex no. 4 to the ToR.
As part of the price offered, the Diagram will also include: - elaboration. The price also includes: - individual concept of ground installation of the heat pump (hereinafter referred to as: p.c.) for each location and its arrangement with the Contracting Authority (hereinafter: Z.). The final decision must take into account possible adaptation of the system for cooling purposes at a later stage, - tech. doc. for each of the locations, geologist's work design, if required, and notification of geologist or mining works. The complete technical design must be agreed with Z., while the location of the equipment in the boiler room or other technical unit must be agreed with the resident. The complete doc. will include the land use plan, technical drawings and a description of the planned work schedule. In case the competent admin authority. authority will impose an obligation to obtain. decision on the suit on the construction site, the Department of the present task undertakes to prepare for this purpose the doc. required by the law and obtain such a decision on behalf of Z., - to obtain the opinion of the voivodship consul before proceeding to earthworks in connection with the occurrence of a large number of archaeological sites, - delivery and assembly, based on the study. technical doc., lower source in the form of: making the ground. vertical exchanger - boreholes, wells/distribution box, collectors, selected to the ground power p. c. together with adjustment to the place of assembly in the object,- delivery, foundation and assembly, based on the study. technical documentation, three-phase ground inverters p. c. together with circulation pumps, diaphragm expansion vessels and connection sets of lower and upper source circulation pumps,- delivery, foundation and assembly, based on the study. delivery, foundation and assembly, based on the technical documentation for external hot water or so called compact (factory built in the hot water tank), with an anode protected against corrosion or made of stainless steel, together with connection sets for hot water, - delivery, foundation and assembly, based on the technical documentation for hot water buffer tanks. installation of the heat meter in the heating system and readings during service inspections, - installation of the lower source and upper source pipes within the facility; within the engine room: piping and connections to the central heating system, insulation of thermal insulation of the lower and upper source installations in accordance with the standards, - flushing and pressure tests of the central heating system, - filling of the central heating and central heating systems, - filling of walls and ceilings after cable crossings, - start-up. training of users referred to in § 1, section 2, point 11 of the model agreement on the correctness and without operation and maintenance of the installation, - installation of the device, - transmission. Order at the acceptance of each installation in its location, the regulation of the central heating system, not later than on 15 December 2020 and 15 December 2021, - installation of the electricity meter, the electricity meter and the heat meter. (three-phase, electronic),- prepared by a geologist. pre and post-execution for each installation separately,- transfer of all Z. docs. (tech. doc., geologist doc., proficiency doc., etc.) in 2 copies in paper version and 2 copies in the version saved in .doc or .pdf format on electric carrier,- prepared by the geologist. within 7 days of signature. detailed agreement. harm. information on dofin. from the IRPO in accordance with the ToR, - technical assistance in the form of a helpline for the installation user during the warranty period, - quarterly reporting of reported faults with deadlines for their implementation.
