Description
The Regional District is seeking proposals from qualified Contractor’s to remove and replace three (3) Heat Pump (HTP) units at the Sechelt Aquatic Centre (SAC). The new HTP’s should be a like for-like replacement of the existing HTP’s. The work includes but is not limited to removal and disposal of existing units, installation of new units and associated valves. The Regional District desires a project approach that will minimize facility downtime and impact on facility users and staff. Proponents are encouraged to look for creative solutions to deliver a cost effective quality installation while minimizing facility downtime. The Regional District’s budget for this project is $188,500.
