Description
Commercial description: A wearable device with enhanced functionality that detects heat stress in real time and that can predict heat stroke/ heat strain risk based on skin temperature, estimated core body temperature, gait instability, and transmit that data in an aggregated form.
Intended use: Training and Education Command requires a capability to individually and continuously monitor personnel conducting training for signs and symptoms of heat stress that can quickly identify and effectively enable heat injury prevention actions in real time.
