Description
EA requires an interactive technology for heart rate monitors that (1) allow teachers to build a student wellness portfolio delivering heart rate data daily-to-yearly and (2) provide performance metrics that correlate to academic and social and emotional growth. The technology must be able to meet DoD’s information technology, cybersecurity, and privacy requirements and the monitors must be able to be durable for use in secondary level indoor and outdoor physical education (PE) classes. DoDEA expects to purchase heart rate monitors that include a charging and storage case, classroom reader, and assessment software. DoDEA expects to award one contract with a five-year base period.
