Description
IKK (Innungskrankenkasse) Südwest provides services for health promotion in living environments, in particular nutrition education at schools, in accordance with § 20a SGB V. As part of the implementation of this mandate, the IKK Südwest supports schools in Saarland with the project "schmeckt.einfach.gut" (tastes simple and good) in cooperation with the Ministry of the Environment and Consumer Protection of Saarland (MUV) and the Adipositas-Netzwerk Saar e. V. (Obesity Network Saar) in developing a self-responsible and health-promoting diet. The contracts are concluded within the framework of a so-called "open-house model". In the open-house model, uniform conditions apply to all participants. Contract contents, conditions and access procedures are uniform. Individual negotiations with interested parties are not conducted. The earliest possible start of the contract is 14.6.2021. Cf. also the comments on the open-house model under II.2.4).
The "schmeckt.einfach.gut." project is based on the modular cookbook of the same name. This was developed by the Adipositas-Netzwerk Saar e. V. and the MuV. It was co-financed by the MuV and the Ministry of Health, Women and Family. The project is supported by the IKK Südwest and coordinated by the MUV and carried out by trained multipliers together with teachers (team teaching) at the schools. A training for the multipliers has already been carried out by the MUV. The IKK Südwest decides on the recognition of an already acquired comparable qualification. If necessary, further training courses can be offered. The multipliers implement the project in a participatory process together with the schools and the pupils. IKK Südwest concludes the fee contracts with the multipliers and therefore also pays the multipliers' fees. The fee is EUR 53.33 per hour according to Annex 1 to the fee contract. The multiplier is paid for a maximum of 8 hours (EUR 426.64 in total) per project. The IKK Südwest participates in the financing of the project in the school year 2020/2021 and in the school year 2021/2022 according to the cooperation agreement between the IKK Südwest, the MUV and the Adipositas-Netzwerk Saar e. V.. IKK Südwest also supports the project by providing a cookbook, creating accompanying media (e.g. flyers) and accompanying public relations work. The contracts are concluded within the framework of a so-called "open-house model". In the open-house model, uniform conditions apply to all participants. Contract contents, conditions and access procedures are uniform. Individual negotiations with interested parties are not conducted. The earliest start date of the contract is 14.6.2021. It is possible to join the contract at any time until it expires, depending on requirements. All contracts end on 31.8.2022. For the possibility of extending the contract, see section II.2.7). Joining is possible at any time and under the same conditions. Any suitable multiplier can become a contract partner. Interested persons can download the participation documents and the contract documents or request them by email from the contact address katharina.koll@ikk-sw.de. Interested persons who would like to become a contractual partner by the above-mentioned deadline must submit the contract documents (informal application for participation and proof of existing qualifications, cf. III.1.3)) to the above-mentioned contact address (katharina.koll@ikk-sw.de) by 31.5.2021, 24.00 hours. The extended police clearance certificate (point III.1.3)) can be submitted later. Contracts can be concluded at a later date during the 39-month maximum term on the first of each month, provided there is a need for further multipliers. In such a case, the contract documents must be submitted by the end of the second month preceding the month in which the contract is to begin (e.g. if the contract is to begin on 01.08., the documents must be submitted by 30.06.). All multipliers who meet these requirements - see also section III.1.3) - will be considered for the award of the contract. The MUV receives a list from the IKK Südwest of the persons who have applied and meet the requirements, in the order in which the applications are received. The MUV decides on its own responsibility, without the involvement of IKK Südwest, which multi-stakeholder is to receive the contract for the respective school. The travel distance (travel costs) of the multiplier to the respective school plays an important role in the decision.
