Batch 01 masonry - metal frame structural work. The contract comprises the following PSEs: - PSE 01 (-): summary work, - PSE 03 (+): fitting out of lounge areas with armchairs, - PSE 04 (+): installation of metal curtains to close the low banks at RDC/N2 and N3, - PSE 42 (-): PSE 42 (-): removal of the stone from the central staircase, - PSE 43 (-): removal of the horizontal metal uprights of the pergola (terrace N6), - PSE 44 (-): removal of the archive room in Ss2 (Lo_I_A_909 between rows 0a/0b and 102/103), - PSE 45 (-): PSE 45 (-): Deletion of the meeting/office rooms in S1 between rows 0a/0b and 102/103,- PSE 46 (-): Deletion of the metal door of the meeting/office room in S1 between rows 0a/0b and 102/103,- PSE 47 (-): PSE 47 (-): replacement of the PRS (20*70) by concrete columns (45*70) on the RDC/N1 levels of the extension façades,- PSE 48 (-): structural optimisation of the building system without modifying the performance limits of the other building trades (C+D, acoustics, façade attachment system, synthesis of networks, etc.)...). Façades - external joinery - occultations. The contract includes PSE: - PSE 05 (-): replacement of the enamelled panels by lacquered sheet metal panels on the rehabilitated façades,- PSE 06 (+): replacement of the frames of the Charcot wing on the ground floor,- PSE 07 (-): replacement of the enamelled panels by lacquered sheet metal panels on the attic façades (N7),- PSE 08 (-): replacement of the stainless steel ventilation grilles by thermolacquered aluminium grilles,- PSE 49 (-): removal of the external joinery of the meeting rooms/offices in Ss1 between rows 0a/0b and 102/103,- PSE 50 (-): replacement of the breathable frames by double-glazed frames + total motorised external BSO screening on all the renovated façades,- PSE 51 (-): replacement of the breathable frames by double-glazed frames + total blackout motorised external blinds on all the rehabilitated façades,- PSE 52 (-): removal of the cladding on the horizontal uprights of the pergola (terrace N6). Partitions - false ceilings. The contract includes PSE: - PSE 09 (+): fitting out of the lounge areas with armchairs,- PSE 11 (-): replacement of Ba13 ceilings and 1200 x 600 mm slabs by 600 x 600 mm slabs (general circulation outside the landing on the first floor and ground floor),- PSE 53 (-): PSE 53 (-): replacement of the Ba13 false ceiling by 1200*600 tiles at the entrance to the bedrooms in line with the bathrooms (N1 to N6 except for critical care),- PSE 54 (-): removal of the partitions and false ceilings of the rooms at Ss2/Ss1 between rows 0a/0b and 102/103,- PSE 55 (-): reduction in the thickness of the false ceiling tiles (20 to 15 mm) in compliance with the acoustic instructions. PSE 24 (+): installation of STS on td hq-i with network 2, the normal network: replacement of the manual changeover switch at the head of the TGHQ-I by a STS,- PSE 25 (+): installation of STS on td hq-i with network 2, the normal network: implementation of STS on all td hq-i,- PSE 26 (+): PSE 26 (+): armchair lounges,- PSE 30 (+): feeding the metal curtains of the reception banks,- PSE 31 (+): installation of 24-strand single-mode fibre,- PSE 32 (+): integration of RJ in the cocoon furniture,- PSE 34 (-): takeover of the existing C-BUS network,- PSE 56 (-): PSE 57 (-): optimisation of type 8 luminaires in the LTs,- PSE 58 (-): power supply on site: connection on site (Castaigne low-voltage switchgear) and not on the ENEDIS network outside the hospital,- PSE 59 (-): PSE 59 (-): CFO/CFA removal from the archive room in Ss2 (Lo_I_A_909 between rows 0a/0b and 102/103),- PSE 60 (-): CFO/CFA removal from the meeting room/offices in Ss1 between rows 0a/0b and 102/103,- PSE 61 (-): replacement of the T1 type lighting with Down light,- PSE 62 (-): changeover to VDI network Wiring category 6a. The contract includes PSE: - PSE 63 (-): replacement of water batteries in ISO 8 rooms by electrical terminal batteries,- PSE 64 (-): CVCD removal from the archive room in S1 (Lo_I_A_909 between rows 0a/0b and 102/103),- PSE 65 (-): CVCD removal from the meeting/office rooms in S1 between rows 0a/0b and 102/103.
