Description

The Community open tender is intended to award the insurance service relating to the supplementary health care plan for non-managerial staff of ENAV and Techno Sky.
The tender concerns the award of the supplementary health care plan for non-executive employees of ENAV SpA and Techno Sky srl for the duration of 12 months, with a renewal option of more than 12 months as detailed in the tender specifications. The total estimated value referred to in point II.1.5) includes: 12 months of contract duration equal to EUR 4 425 300,00 and the value of the renewal option of 12 months of equal amount. The above amounts are gross, i.e. including premiums, tax charges and contributions to the cash/fund. Interference risks are excluded, pursuant to art. 26 of Legislative Decree no. 81/2008; therefore, interference security charges are equal to 0. The annual contribution per capita based on the tender is EUR 1 100.00 gross per employee (no. 3 352 units for ENAV and no. 671 units for Techno Sky) subject to auction discounts.
