Description
With this procurement process, the H10 municipalities have the ambition to conclude new development agreements with Youth Aid providers in order to provide appropriate and high-quality help and support for Youth and their parents/carers in need of support: the right help and support at the right time. The H10 municipalities opt for a joint, gradual introduction of a results-oriented system. Young people and their parents/carers should be able to call for help and support at all times, preferably in or close to their immediate environment, taking into account the possibilities available to them and based on their own responsibilities. It concerns the provision of individual facilities to young people and their parents/carers after referral.
