Description

Therefore, as better specified in the specifications attached to this call for tenders, the present contract covers hotel services and services including the provision of meals, support activities in the performance of the daily functions and activities of users, and activities in support of individual and social autonomy, in short, consisting of: - a social service: that articulates its activity both by taking care of the preliminary investigation of the requests for reception, and the "taking care of the guests" received in the structure; it guarantees all those administrative and bureaucratic activities addressed to the users, from the phase of the reception to that of the discharge, with particular attention to the "moment of the reception of a new guest", in order to favour its integration with the other guests, supporting also the family in this delicate moment, - a service of assistance also with health value: which consists of taking care of the person during the 24 hours, with continuity and attention, trying to ensure that for all guests the nursing home can become a dignified home; to this end, social health workers take care of the guests in all the activities of daily life: hygiene, food, clothing, mobilization, walking, socialization, rehabilitation, - a health care service: which is guaranteed by the general practitioners present on the territory who provide general medical care; the professional nurses who provide health care cooperate with the doctor through the monitoring and administration of prescribed therapies, the execution of dressings, the detection of vital parameters, ensuring the satisfaction and needs of the guest. The number of users and beds in the structure located in Palo del Colle at Via Abate Fornari 27, where the contracted service will be carried out, is on average 28, calculated on the basis of the consolidated historical data; this estimate is not binding for the contracting authority, as it is subject to unforeseen and unforeseen circumstances. Consequently, the social and health services that are the subject of this contract must be carried out by at least: - 114 hours per week of service provided by employees, classified according to their duties as O.S.S., - n. 16 hours per week of service provided by an employee, classified as a Professional Nurse, - n. 171 hours per week of service provided by employees, classified as auxiliary staff, (general services, cleaning and laundry services), - n. 38 hours per week of service provided by employees, classified as auxiliary staff, classified as "cook help", - n. 38 hours per week of service provided by employees, classified as auxiliary staff, classified as "cook", - n. 38 hours per week of service provided by employees, classified as auxiliary staff, classified as "cook", classified as "cook", classified as "professional nurse", - n. 171 hours per week of service provided by employees, classified as an auxiliary staff, classified as "cook", classified as "auxiliary staff", classified as "auxiliary staff", classified as "auxiliary staff", classified as "auxiliary staff", classified as "auxiliary staff", classified as "auxiliary staff" as "auxiliary staff", classified as "auxiliary staff", classified as "auxiliary staff" as "auxiliary staff".
