Description
Conclusion of an Open House Agreement pursuant to § 140a SGB V on the special provision of radiosurgical therapy methods to insureds of AOK - Die Gesundheitskasse für Niedersachsen and insureds of acceded AOKs within the period 1.4.2023 to31.3.2024 with the possibility of concluding the agreement at any time during the term. This Open House process is also the third extension of the process OJEU 2020/S 145-357147 (2020-108), so providers who have already joined can only rejoin by accepting the Second Amendment Agreement in writing, effective 4/1/2023. New providers may join under the existing terms and conditions. Any interested and suitable service provider who meets the eligibility criteria (see below, III.1.) may participate in the Open House Procedure.
The present procedure is not subject to public procurement law. It is a so-called open house procedure. The subject of the present Open House Procedure is the conclusion of non-exclusive contracts pursuant to § 140a SGB V for the special care of insured persons of the AOK Lower Saxony (and affiliated AOKs) with diagnostics, treatment and care in sub-areas of intracerebral diseases with existing treatment indication in accordance with the contract. The open house procedure is open to all interested and suitable service providers who are willing to join the contract. The range of care and the requirements for utilization are set forth in the contract.All contracts end on March 31, 2024, but no earlier than the expiration of the provider's one-year follow-up obligation.
