Description

The present offer inquiry for the geotechnical construction support comprises the measure sections of M 1.14 (VGE UA 2, VGE B and VGE C), river km 17+575 to 19+089. 5 different cross-sections built:- cervical spine wall with back anchoring (cervical spine anchored wall),- new building cervical spine wall set back,- cervical spine wall as heavyweight wall,- elevation of existing shore wall,- new building bored pile wall,- the requested services concern the services of the coordinator according to BaustellV according to AHO - issue no. 15, Services in accordance with the Construction Site Ordinance, as at: March 2011, prepared by the AHO - Expert Commission "Construction Site Ordinance "A) Basic services:- Basic services during the planning of execution:-- Coordination of the services specified in § 2 Par. 1 BaustellV,-- Preparation of the safety and health protection plan,-- Compilation of the documentation (according to the sample template for the documentation of the hazard and load assessment),-- Participation in the advance notice in accordance with § 4 BaustellV,- Basic services during the execution of the construction project:-- Consultation and participation in the planning of the construction site equipment,-- Announcement of the safety and health protection planning and explanation of the specified measures to all contractors. Instruction in the SiGe-Plan under special consideration of the particularly dangerous works according to Annex II BaustellV,-- Coordination of the application of the general principles according to § 4 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (cf. § 3 Para. 3 No. 1 BaustellV),-- Working towards compliance with and implementation by the companies involved of the occupational health and safety measures required in accordance with safety and health protection planning as well as their obligations,- In accordance with BaustellV:-- Adapting and updating the health and safety plan and the document -- Organizing the cooperation of the employers with regard to occupational safety and health protection -- Coordinating and monitoring the proper application of work procedures by the employers (demand for evidence) -- Organizing and carrying out safety inspections and safety discussions -- Random checks of the jointly used safety equipment for proper condition, if necessary. by inspection of test certificates,-- documentation,B) Special and additional services:- Adaptation of the health and safety plan in the event of substantial changes,- Additional coordination effort in the implementation planning,- Adaptation of the document in the event of substantial changes,- Preparation of the advance notice and its transmission to the competent body,- Coordination in the event of the presence of several coordinators,- Supplementation and adaptation of the document for documentation of the hazard and exposure assessment and the service description in accordance with it.Sample submission: The document to be prepared must be supplemented and adapted for subsequent work in accordance with the sample submission for the documentation of the hazard and load assessment in accordance with the instructions given below. the document/hazard assessment is a prerequisite for the safety, health and environmental compatibility of the subsequent work and thus also for the long-term economic use and maintenance of the structural facility. for new facilities to be constructed, the hazard assessments must be prepared by the contractor with the early involvement of the future operator (river master/ dam master). Already during the construction of the plant, the contractor has to hold discussions with the future operator in agreement with the operator of the plant, a safety engineer has to be involved in the preparation of the risk assessment document. The risk assessments are to be handed over to the safety engineer for inspection before completion and handover to the Principal.
