Invitation to Offer (ITO) for the Provision of:  Hazardous Substances Identification, Air Monitoring and Advisory Servics 
The Queensland Government, acting through the Department of Housing, Local Government, Planning and Public Works (DHLGPPW), QBuild, is seeking to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for Hazardous Substances Identification, Air Monitoring and Advisory Services across Queensland.
