SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

Through this call for tenders, the CNESST wishes to engage a service provider specializing in information technology (IT), more specifically, with recognized expertise in the field of hardware and software maintenance and support for Cisco products and equipment.

EXPECTED CONTRACT DURATION

The contract will run from around August 1, 2024 to around July 31, 2027.

WORK LOCATIONS

The work will take place in Quebec.

However, some work can be carried out remotely.

The CNESST requires the service provider to speak exclusively to these persons and to no other person in connection with this call for tenders, unless otherwise specified by them. Failure to do so may result in the elimination of the service provider.

ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION OF BIDS

Bids may be submitted electronically, but only via the Electronic Tendering System (ETS).

OTHER INFORMATION

The CNESST does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received.

The CNESST representative reserves the right not to consider any request for clarification made by the service provider and sent less than three working days before the date and time set for the receipt of bids.

Tender documents and any addenda amending them may only be obtained via the electronic tendering system.
