Description
The vessels should have:
- a contract speed of at least 24 knots and a loitering speed of 5 knots
- a service life of at least 15 years under reasonable maintenance
- an aluminium alloy hull and superstructure
They must be able to carry 22 persons including 6 crew.
They will be used to:
- conduct special operations and law enforcement including actions against drink and drug boating
- act as command vessels in maritime events, operations and marine emergencies
- to operate in coastal waters off Hong Kong
- perform patrol duties
You must provide 5 copies of the design and construction specifications of the vessels including drawings.
