Description
Proposals must comply with the requirements of the RFP document, and be formulated in accordance with the parameters set therein.— the RFP document will be advertised on the EU Journal, the Government Gazette and local news media,— the RFP document will be made available online on the Privatisation Unit website: https://privatisation.gov.mt/,— prospective proponents interested to participate in the RFP process must register their interest to the PU by sending an email to privatisation.meib@gov.mt stating the RFP title and expressing the wish to be registered as an interested prospective proponent by the date indicated in the advertisements,— once a prospective proponent registers its interest, the PU will issue a process letter to the interested prospective proponent, which shall include instructions regarding the collection of an authenticated RFP document and RFP proposal submission details.
