Description

Renovation of the Alain Mimoun gymnasium located at 9 rue Rabelais in Issy-les-Moulineaux. Surface areas to be built and renovated: 8 705 m2 - surface areas of outdoor spaces to be developed: 1 815 m2.
Structural work - VRD - green spaces. Structural work in three phases:- 1: construction of an R+1 ashlar building on a basement;- 2: demolition of a hall, construction of an ashlar building on two basement levels including a car park;- 3: cleaning and renovation of the existing building, etc. VDR and EV also in three phases: search for existing networks, demolition of the existing ones, earthworks, drainage, provision of topsoil, planting of vegetation, etc. Waterproofing cover - treatment of façades - non-limitative list: studies, supply, implementation of terrace works (vapour barrier screen; thermal insulation; waterproofing of running parts; waterproofing devices, etc.); steel tanks, double skin steel tank covers, smoke extraction outlets, steel gutters and zinc rainwater pipes, etc.). External joinery - curtain walls: non-exhaustive list: glazed frames, curtain walls, glass roof, fire-resistant internal glazed frames, sunbreakers. Locksmith's trade - non-limiting list - study, prototype, supply and installation of the following works: metal doors; metal and glass railings; handrails; metal stairs with wooden steps; interior and exterior ventilation grilles; fireproof interior glazed frames; crinoline ladder; rising car park barrier; gates and wicket doors; sectional car park door; fireproof metal sliding door for partitioning. Partitions - linings - plasterwork - ceilings. Non-limiting list: design, supply and installation of plasterboard duct partition walls, terracotta tile distribution walls, dry walls with plasterboard facing for technical ducts, suspended ceilings made of plasterboard, mineral fibre, vertical plasterboard cladding, various plastering works, treatment of joints, etc. Tiling - cast floors - non-exhaustive list: studies, prototypes, supply and installation of the following works: acoustic floating screeds, waterproofing under tiles, tiled floor coverings and skirting boards, tiled and earthenware wall coverings, stone and granite floor coverings, brush carpets, etc. Joinery - fitting - non-exhaustive list: design, supply and fitting of laminated or pre-painted internal door units, ironwork and hardware, cladding and caulking of joinery, organisation chart for locks for all buildings, suspended ceilings, panels, etc. Sports floors - non-exhaustive list: design, supply and installation of the following works; floor levelling, PVC sports floor coverings, sports parquet floor coverings, layout work for the rights-of-way for the various disciplines, protection, etc. Sports equipment - non-exhaustive list: design, supply and installation of the following equipment; competition-type motorised basketball panels, removable handball goals and nets, volleyball posts and nets, badminton posts and nets, anchor sleeves, sports scoreboards, stopwatch, tatami mats, padding, mirrors, double bars, manual retractable bleachers, storage, etc. Painting - soft floors. Non-exhaustive list: design, supply and installation of the following works; floor levelling, PVC floor coverings, carpet and tile coverings, paintwork on masonry, reinforced concrete, plaster partitions, metalwork and locksmith's work, pipes, interior woodwork, flooring, decorative and safety signs, etc. Kitchen. On-site preparation kitchen, with a power of over 20 kw, for a potential capacity of approximately 60 seats in the dining room (180 meals/day: two courses at lunchtime, one course in the evening). Heating, ventilation and plumbing. Non-limiting list: studies, supply and installation of the following equipment and works: heating part: ventilation: treatment of premises' ambiences, heat distribution; plumbing part: distribution of drinking water, domestic hot water, supply and installation of sanitary appliances, etc. Electricity CFO/CFA.
