Description
The user community of the science park "Albert Einstein", represented by the Helmholtz Centre Potsdam German Research Centre for Geosciences - GFZ, intends to assign the task of maintaining all security measures of the buildings and the premises, including unauthorised access, burglary, theft, vandalism, fire and general operational risks, as well as maintaining an undisturbed operation, the implementation of reactive measures in the event of damage, reporting and documentation to a service provider. Five additional services are also linked to this contract: courier service, telephone exchange, temporary management of the goods receiving department (holiday replacement / replacement in case of illness), post office operations and the district control service in the GFZ branch offices in Potsdam.
