CALL FOR TENDERS AND BIDS
PASSENGER TRANSPORTATION-MRC DE BELLECHASSE
The MRC de Bellechasse is calling for tenders for daily passenger transportation for public transit and paratransit services for a 5-year period starting January 1, 2025.






TWO ADAPTED MICROBUSES 40 hours/week (SEE PAGE 38) à SEE 3.1


TWO NON-ADAPTED TAXIS 20 hours/week (CARAVAN)
ONE NON ADAPTED TAXI 40 hours/week (CARAVAN)
TWO 16-PASSENGER ADAPTED MINIBUSES 40 hours/week à VOIR 3.1






Tender documents are available exclusively through the electronic tendering system (SEAO) accessible at the following Internet address: https://www.seao.ca (notice number TCTAB-2025-2029) or by calling 1-866-669-7326.

The MRC accepts no responsibility for any written notices or documents transmitted by the electronic system being incomplete or containing any errors or omissions whatsoever. Consequently, all bidders must ensure that they obtain all documents related to this call for tenders before submitting a bid.

Tenders must be deposited at the office of the MRC de Bellechasse, 100 Monseigneur-Bilodeau Saint-Lazare G0R 3J0 before May 10, 2024, 10:00 a.m. where they will be publicly opened the same day at 10:01 a.m. local time, in the presence of at least two witnesses. Tenders must be sealed and marked "SOUMISSION TCTAB-2025-2029".

The MRC de Bellechasse reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any of the bids submitted and incurs no obligation towards the bidder(s).
