Description

The subject of the order is a successive delivery of loose road materials for the needs of the Municipal Company Żukowo Sp. z o.o., intended for the repair of municipal roads in the area of Żukowo municipality. The order was divided into the following three parts:1) Part No. 1 of the order: Delivery of aggregate, sand and gravel,2) Part no. 2 of the order: Delivery of cement and sand ballast and dry concrete mix,3) Lot No. 3 of the order: Delivery of concrete rubble.

Quantities of particular items of the subject matter of the contract have been estimated for the period of 24 months.3 Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is specified in the Terms of Reference. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of materials:1) Cement and sand ballast 7.5 MPa - estimated quantity 3,000 m32) Cement and sand ballast 10 MPa - estimated quantity 3,000 m33) Dry concrete mix C8/10 (B10) - estimated quantity 3,000 m34) Dry concrete mix C12/15 (B15) - estimated quantity 5,000 m32. Requirements for ballast: 1) Statistical classification of the construction product: PKWiU 26.63. 10-00-102) Application: for road construction. Industrial3) Compliance with PN-S-960124 standard) Compressive strength after 28 days respectively: 7.5 and 10 MPa3. Requirements for dry concrete mix:1) Minimum compressive strength, respectively: 10 and 15 MPa2, respectively) Portland cement or metallurgical cement of the class 32.53) Natural aggregates, heavy and blast furnace slag in accordance with the standard PN-EN 126204) Water for production in accordance with the standard PN-EN 10085) Additives in accordance with the standard PN-EN 934-22. The quantities of individual items of the subject matter of the contract have been provided for an estimated period of 24 months.3. The subject matter of the contract covered by Lot No. 3 is the delivery of concrete rubble meeting the following requirements:1) Estimated quantity: 30,000 tons,2) Fraction: 0-63 mm,3) Concrete rubble must be crushed to the size of the fraction.4) Concrete rubble must not contain contaminants: hazardous waste, PET bottles, household chemistry packaging, bottle and packaging glass, bags of building materials, cement and paint buckets, carpets and rugs. paint and garden foil, wood, metal profiles, boards, cartons, wall and floor panels, frames, scrap metal, nails, rods, screws, municipal waste, no elements with very sharp elements and edges.5) debris may contain insignificant quantities, i.e. not more than 5% of total volume per ton: ceramics (terracotta, glazed tiles, other ceramic tiles), fittings, assembly net with glue and pieces of plaster, plasterboard pieces, polystyrene, mineral wool - the content of these materials may not exceed 5% of total volume per ton.2 The quantities of individual items of the subject matter of the contract have been estimated for the period of 24 months.3.
