Ireland - Graphic Design Services for the Office of Public Works (OPW)

Description

The OPW proposes to select a single suitably qualified service provider who would be called upon to meet its graphic and conceptual design requirements as and when they arise. The selected service provider must be capable of providing a full spectrum of design related services and solutions in a manner that meets requirements to create a consistent, cohesive identity for the OPW within the requirements of the overall Government branding guidelines. This will include providing advice on concept, strategy, style, technique, and medium to best meet any project needs and audience, whilst developing design solutions that are complementary, engaging, and successfully achieve their communication objectives.
