Description

the present consultation is launched according to the procedure: open call for tenders - articles R.2124-2 1° and R.2161-2 to 5 of the Public Order Code. to 5 of the Code de la commande publique (Public Order Code). Its purpose is to provide local communication services to the City of Nice and the Nice Cote d'Azur Metropolis in the context of major projects.the market will include the following main missions:declination of the existing graphic charter;conception and creation of communication documents adapted to the different stages of a project;creation and/or writing of texts and arguments; realization of visuals (photos, illustrations, videos, computer graphics); supply of printing orders for the documents; conception and realization of local events linked to the realization of the works (information meetings, pedagogical animations, building site cafés...)
Framework agreement with purchase orders the market is placed in grouping of ordersmini: 20 000,00 EurMaxi: 250 000,00 Eur(Part city of nice 60% part NCA 40%)in value in EUR (H.T.).The coordinator of the grouping Metropole NCA Allocates, signs and notifies.The members of the grouping are the following ones: The members of the consortium are: Metropole NCA and City of Nice.Duration (excluding renewals): 12 monthsStart of the contract: Upon notification of the contract.The execution time for each service is indicated in the purchase order or, if applicable, in the C.C.T.The contract is placed in a group of ordersmini: 10 000,00 EurMaxi: 120 000,00 Eur(City of nice share 10% NCA share 90%)in value in EUR (H.T.).The coordinator of the group Metropole NCA Attributes, signs and notifies.The members of the group are the following: The members of the consortium are: Metropole NCA and City of Nice.Duration (excluding renewals): 12 monthsStart of the contract: Upon notification of the contract.The execution period for each service is indicated in the purchase order or, if applicable, in the C.C.T.P.
