Description

This lot is transversal to all the services of the Culture and Heritage Directorate. It is managed by the transversal projects unit. It mainly concerns communication: - of the network of 11 departmental museums,- of major transversal events,- of specific measures and cultural policies,- of actions related to the enhancement of the heritage of Isère,- of the annual internal review of the Culture and Heritage Directorate. Arcabas Museum in Chartreuse, every year, the museum organizes conferences, workshops, concerts, nature walks, which require communication media, including posters and press inserts. Musée Hébert, the Musée Hébert presents one to two temporary exhibitions per year, generally in spring or early summer, for which various communication media are requested in May. A publication may accompany these exhibitions. Domaine de Vizille - Museum of the French Revolution: Domaine de Vizille - Museum of the French Revolution presents 1 to 2 temporary exhibitions per year for which several communication media must be designed during April and September. A publication may accompany the exhibitions. Materials are also regularly available for workshops, guided tours and activities in the park. During November, the season program is to be carried out. Saint-Antoine-l'Abbaye Museum: the Saint-Antoine-l'Abbaye Museum produces 1 to 2 temporary exhibitions per year supported by specific communication campaigns at the beginning of the year and in spring and sometimes published. The site's programming is currently announced through a season program broadcast in February-March. In addition, 5 to 10 specific events are promoted in the form of press inserts. Hector-Berlioz Museum: the Hector-Berlioz Museum produces one temporary exhibition per year, usually in spring or early summer, for which various communication media are requested in March. Isère Departmental Archives: the communication policy of the departmental archives must be completely rethought. The opening of the building and the inaugural exhibition will be the subject of specific communications. Maison Bergès: the museum presents one temporary exhibition per year for which several communication media must be designed in May, including a poster, an invitation, a leaflet, press inserts and a publication. Museum of the Resistance and Deportation of Isère: the museum presents 2 temporary exhibitions per year for which several communication media must be designed during April and September. The museum's summer programme is supported by a specific communication campaign. During August-September, the season program is to be carried out. Isère departmental media library: the MDI communicates with its network and members using leaflets and posters for which templates are required that can be easily adapted internally. Depending on the projects and actions that the MDI wishes to promote, several supports can be created and implemented. St. Lawrence Archaeological Museum: the St. Lawrence Archaeological Museum does not present a temporary exhibition but a rich program based on regular communication, with strong activity in April-May, and a seasonal program broadcast at the end of the year. Museum of the Old Diocese: the Museum of the Old Diocese presents 2 temporary exhibitions per year (spring and autumn) for which several supports are requested in April and September (poster, leaflet, invitation, sticker, press inserts, signage, derived objects, tram or other large-scale signage, educational supports, etc.) to which is often added a publication. Other media such as greeting cards or animation sheets can also be used. Dauphinois Museum: the Dauphinois Museum presents 2 temporary exhibitions per year (spring and autumn) for which several supports are requested during April and September. A specific communication is to be carried out for the summer programming. The season program is to be completed during the summer for publication in September. Leaflets or other materials related to specific events are to be provided. Champollion Museum: all communication materials are to be created: generic museum leaflet, visit support sheets, season programme, educational files, educational booklets, collection catalogue, bookmark, postcards, posters, tote-bags, pockets, etc. The inauguration of the museum and the opening exhibition will be the subject of specific supports. In the long term, 1 to 2 annual temporary exhibitions are planned. In order to enhance the value of sensitive natural areas, several supports must be created for the life of each site; for the network of 140 sites; the hundred or so visits and events of the summer campaign. These supports must be part of the communication strategy set up "Acting for biodiversity, it starts right next to us" and declined on several supports. In 2019, the focus was "Discovering is already acting". There is also a real desire to develop digital media. As a reminder, the other departments likely to call on the holder of this lot are the following: solidarity, autonomy, youth and sports education, development, mobility, public buildings and the working environment, very high-speed digital development, external relations, performance and modernisation of service to the public, finance, human resources, legal affairs, purchasing and contracts, information systems.
