United States - Glovebox

Description

SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy.  As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions.
Required item(s) listed below:

1.) 3 chamber argon purged glove box with purification unit. Oxygen and water concentrations under 1ppm. 2 Antechambers linking each working chamber together and 4 antechambers (2 large, 2 small) external

Technical evaluation criteria are as follows:

3 chamber glove boxes linked with antechambers
Purification units to decrease oxygen and water concentrations below 1ppm
Regeneration unit for oxygen and water filters
3- or 2-piece glove port feedthroughs per box
Vacuum pumps for antechambers
HEPA filters for gloveboxes
Oxygen (3) and wate (3) sensors for glove box
Glove box purging system
Electronic control system for operation pressure
Foot pedal control system for operation pressure
Leak rate below 0.05 Vol%/h
Flanges for electrical / gas feedthroughs (at least 4)
Crating and shipping included
Installation included

Quote is for product only; no on-site services permitted.

Source selection will be based on Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Method.

All subcontractors are required to register in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov).

If possible, please provide a link to your webpage for published price list to substantiate for the prices quoted.

The resulting purchase order will be issued on a fixed price basis. SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory Terms and Conditions for Fixed Price Commercial Supplies and Services (Rev. August 2023) will be made a part of the resulting order. And SLAC Onsite Non-Green Rider Terms and Conditions. Please mark up terms and conditions if you wish to negotiate. No mark ups mean that you accept SLAC Terms and Conditions.

Please also see attached Certificate of Insurance and Illness and Injury Prevention Plan and return filled out document together with your proposal.
Payment Terms will be NET-30
