You should be able to provide expertise on moisture retention and the caramel formulation, to avoid crocodiling.

The company wants to work with:

- confectioners
- food ingredient manufacturers
- consultants with knowledge on the subject

Companies may be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement before committing to any work with the German company.
