DELIVERY OF HIGH-POWER SPIN-EVENTRY UNITS (V PARTS): Part I - delivery of a 320 kW combustion-electric unit installed in a 20-stage 1 CC container, amounting to 1 piece for Opole,Part II - delivery of a 160 kW combustion-electric unit installed in a 20-stage 1 CC container, amounting to 1 piece for Głogów,Part III - delivery of a 130 kW combustion-electric unit installed in a 20-stage 1 CC container, amounting to 1 piece for Duszniki-Zdrój, Part IV - delivery of a 130 kW combustion-electric unit installed in a 20-stage 1 CC container, amounting to 1 piece for Duszniki-Zdrój, Part V - delivery of a 200 kW combustion-electric unit installed in a 20-stage 1 CC container, amounting to 1 piece for Duszniki-Zdrój. Głogów,Part III - delivery of a diesel-electric unit with power of 130 kW installed in a 20 degrees container 1 CC in quantity of 1 piece to the city of Duszniki-Zdrój,Part IV - delivery of a diesel-electric unit with power of 340 kW installed on a frame in quantity of 1 piece to the city of Brzeg,Part V - delivery of a diesel-electric unit with power of 176 kW installed on a frame in quantity of 1 piece to the city of Wrocław.
The subject matter of the contract, mentioned in pt. 1 includes the purchase of a high-efficiency combustion-electric unit with power of 320 kW (400 kVA) installed in a 20-foot container 1 CC according to PN - ISO 668:2018-05, in accordance with this description and the Operational and Technical Requirements (OST), constituting Attachment No. 1 to the Description of the Object of Order, in the amount of 1 unit.The combustion-electric unit referred to in item 2 must be adapted to be placed on a hardened ground (concrete slab) not requiring special foundations. The foundation system (fastening to the ground) of the unit should ensure stability and operation at wind speeds up to min. 20 m/sec. At the same time the materials used for construction of the ZSE must be adapted to daily operation in temperature conditions from -30oC to +40oC and during intensive rainfall up to 180 mm/m2 (rain, snow, hail). It should have a protection of air intake and exhaust against the influence of atmospheric factors and pollution.External walls of the container which is the base for the unit should be painted in RAL-6006 dark semi-matt. Protective coatings applied to the WEEE and finishing of the container inner walls as per the offer. Contractor gives a 5 year warranty for the durability of the internal and external paint coatings. The dimensions must meet the standards applicable to a 20 foot 1 CC container according to PN-ISO 668:2018-5.The container must be equipped with hooking corners for lifting - requirement according to PN-ISO 1161:2018-05; PN-ISO 1496-1:2018-06 with simultaneous provision for car transport. The container should be suitable for transport without disassembling the elements.All equipment elements should be fixed in such a way that during loading and unloading and during transport they are not displaced.Additional requirements.The combustion-electric unit must guarantee safe use in accordance with applicable regulations: NO-61-A208:2013 AC generating sets with internal combustion engines. General requirements and test methods and PN - EN 60034 - 1:2011E: Rotating electrical machines. ZSE must have permanent marking and labeling characterizing the product and units, made on the nameplate located on the internal combustion engine and generator in a visible place allowing to easily read the marking numbers. The entire unit shall have a nameplate located in the center of the container access door. The plate should not be subject to breaking or damage. The materials used in the construction and finishing of the WEEE must provide for a service life of not less than 15 years. In addition, they must be resistant to moisture and easy to keep clean inside and out. All doors shall be equipped with a door closer with a locking device and surface locks with a feather key in the "MASTER KEY" system. The item is to be brand new, first class and unused. The combustion-electric unit must be approved for marketing in Poland in accordance with EU directives and the EC declaration (CE marking). General requirements and test methods and PN - EN 60034 - 1:2011E: Rotating electrical machines. The ZSE must have permanent marking and labeling characterizing the product and units, made on the nameplate located on the internal combustion engine and the generator in a visible place that allows easy reading of the marking numbers. The appliance shall have a nameplate mounted on the internal combustion engine in a conspicuous place permitting easy reading. The plate shall not be liable to breakage or damage. The materials used in the construction and finishing of the ZSE must ensure a service life of not less than 15 years. Furthermore, they must be resistant to moisture and easy to keep clean. The contract item is to be brand new, first class and unused. The combustion-electric unit has to be approved for marketing in Poland, in accordance with EU directives and the EC declaration (CE mark): 1) length - 3.60 m, 2) width - 1.80 m, 3) height - 1.80 m, The combustion-electric unit is to be without differential-current protection (for operation with a four-wire network), with a power factor not less than cos fi = 0.8, with a voltage stability of +-1%, for the frequency of the output voltage of 50 Hz , with an insulation resistance of the generator min 1800 V , with an insulation class of the generator H The subject of the order referred to in item. 1 includes the purchase of a high-efficiency diesel-electric unit with a capacity of 176 kW (220 kVA) mounted on the frame, in accordance with this description and the Operational and Technical Requirements (OST), constituting Attachment No. 1 to the Description of the Object of Order, in the quantity of 1 unit.Additional requirements.The diesel-electric unit must ensure safe operation in accordance with applicable regulations: NO-61-A208:2013 AC generating sets with internal combustion engines. General requirements and test methods and PN - EN 60034 - 1:2011E: Rotating electrical machines. The ZSE must have permanent marking and labeling characterizing the product and units, made on the nameplate located on the internal combustion engine and the generator in a visible place that allows easy reading of the marking numbers.
