With the picture-strong and service-oriented culture portal www.kulturkenner.de, the state government has created a website that presents the diversity of the culture of the entire country. The following main topics are editorially responsible for the daily reporting and the multimedia presentation of content on the portal:1.1) Head of the service (coordination and organization, management of editorial conferences, topic selection, text selection, etc...);1.2) Editor (conferences, editing, entering texts and pictures, updating, etc...);1.3) Social Media Manager (maintenance of social media channels, Facebook, Instagramm, Pinterest, etc...);1.4) Staff member for the creation of calendars (e.g. continuous maintenance of the cultural event organisers' notes on dates, contact with suppliers, control and editing of data records entered by third parties);1.5) Author of art (review and selection of events, tips for events, longer texts on current dates, etc...);1.6) Author of pop (see 1.5);1.7) Author of stage and film (see 1.5);1.8) Author of music theatre (see 1.5;1.9) Author of classical music and jazz (see 1.5);1.10) Author of dance (see 1.5);1.11) Author of literature, cabaret, design (see 1.5);1.12) Organisation (e.g. organisation and preparation of thematic conferences at the client's);1.13) Technical infrastructure (necessary technical infrastructure for the subject of the contract will be provided by the contractor);1.14) Translations into English.the costs of the contractor for the procurement of image rights are included in the offer. Texts selected by the editorial staff for outstanding internationally relevant topics/events in NRW are translated into English. The costs for this are included in the offer. A core editorial office consisting of the functions of a chief of the service and - to guarantee a secure deputy - a further editor and a social media manager must be named permanently and by name.
