General planning services for the development of the Krampnitz development area 4th BA:On the basis of the master plan (as of 29.08.2019), preliminary planning for the Krampnitz area as a whole was drawn up for the pipeline and traffic development. This preliminary planning forms the basis for further traffic system and engineering planning and the planning services for the 1st to 3rd construction phase have already been commissioned by the Potsdam development agency, Energie und Wasser Potsdam and Netzgesellschaft Potsdam. These are primarily development facilities in the eastern development area of Krampnitz. The construction work for the 1st and 3rd construction phases has been underway since 2022 and will be completed in 2024.The 4th construction phase is geographically located in the western development area and exclusively comprises the planning and construction of the pipeline and traffic infrastructure of the so-called Planstraße N3 and future Schwedische Allee.Entwicklungsträger Potsdam GmbH, Energie und Wasser Potsdam GmbH and Netzgesellschaft Potsdam will act as joint clients for their respective trades when supervising the engineering and planning services. Nevertheless, the clients understand the engineering services to be awarded as a joint task and expect the general planner to provide a comprehensive and extensive service.the subject of the service are HOAI planning services for the 4th construction phase of the development with the: - Stage 1 - final state (HOAI service phases 3 to 4), - Stage 2 - optional (HOAI service phases 5 to 9) and - special engineering services - planning of the building connections for the comprehensive school by trade
