4.1 The subject matter of the contract is the implementation of the task titled "Construction of connections and heat substations consisting in reconstruction of the supply system from the group heat substation of Na Skarpie Street, i.e. the execution of construction works consisting in the replacement of the existing thermal networks made in the traditional system for a thermal network in the technology of pre-insulated pipes in Olsztyn and the construction of compact heat substations, including installation, with the Contractor's materials under the project titled "Reduction of emissions of the economy by improving the efficiency of heat distribution - stage I".4.3. "Reducing the emissivity of the economy by improving the efficiency of heat distribution in Olsztyn as a result of reconstruction of heat distribution networks and nodes - stage I".4.3. Na SkarpieAttachment no. 2.2 - Reduction of the heat interchange in 11 Na Skarpie StreetAttachment no. 2.3 - Reduction of the heat interchange in 12 Na Skarpie StreetAttachment no. 2.4 - Reduction of the heat interchange in 13 Na Skarpie StreetAttachment no. 2.5 - Dimension of the heat substation at 14 Na Skarpie StreetAttachment No. 3 - Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Works4.4 Scope of the contract:a) Construction and installation works:- dismantling and demolition works,- earthworks,- purchase, supply and installation of fittings, pipelines,- development and arrangement of the site,- construction of heat connections,- construction of compact heat substations, their installation and commissioning,- required acceptance inspections.(b) Preparation of surveying inventory and as-built documentation.In addition, the Contractor is obliged on his own and at his own expense, in particular, to:- execution of the BIOZ plan,- occupation of the site, including road lanes and payment of related fees,- notification of property managers of the planned date of work,- preparation of the site for construction, including its marking and cutting of trees to be removed,- development of a traffic organization project and its implementation,- securing the construction site against access by third parties,- providing surveying services for the investment,- solving the issue of water and electricity consumption,- restoring the site and pavement to their previous state, confirmed by a protocol signed by the manager or owner of the site- delivery and installation and commissioning of heat substations made on the basis of designs attached to the SWZ,- execution of electrical installation for the purpose of the node, together with as-built measurements,- preparation of operating instructions, diagrams of technological nodes and placing them in the premises of the nodes,- civil liability insurance to the extent specified in the draft agreement (attached as Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ),- submission and acceptance by the Office of Technical Inspection of equipment, if such is required,- insurance of construction against damage that may occur and against sudden, fortuitous events and civil liability of the works, equipment and construction equipment,- removal of rubble and other demolition materials, together with disposal of waste.
4.1 The subject matter of the order is the implementation of the task entitled "Construction of connections and thermal nodes involving the reconstruction of the power supply system from the group thermal node of Na Skarpie street, ie. Execution of construction works consisting in the replacement of the existing thermal networks made in the traditional system with a thermal network in the technology of pre-insulated pipes in Olsztyn, and construction of compact thermal nodes with installation, with materials of the Contractor under the project entitled "Reducing the emissivity of the economy by improving the efficiency of heat distribution in Olsztyn as a result of reconstruction of heat distribution networks and nodes - stage I".
