Description

Supply of biogas (biomethane) and mixed gas (75% share of biomethane) for various offtake points of different municipalities and municipal enterprises in Lower Saxony.Delivery period from 01.01.2024, 6.00 a.m. to 01.01.2025, 6.00 a.m. (one delivery year)
Biogas (biomethane) for an offtake point with a reference value of approx. 1,850,000 kWh/a.Delivery period from 01.01.2024, 6.00 a.m. to 01.01.2025, 6.00 a.m. (one delivery year). For the supply of the offtake point, a biogas is demanded for which the following gesttehungsvorgaben are made on the part of the tendering body: "Biogas" is any gas obtained by anaerobic fermentation of biomass within the meaning of § 2 and § 3 of the Ordinance on the Generation of Electricity from Biomass (Biomasse Ordinance - BiomasseV). "Biogas" ("Biomethane") shall mean any biogas or other gaseous biomass that has been upgraded and injected into the biogas network. Gas withdrawn from a gas network shall be deemed to be biogas (biomethane) insofar as the quantity of biogas withdrawn corresponds in heat equivalent to the quantity of gas from biomass over a balance period of one year that has been injected into the gas network elsewhere and if for the entire transport and distribution of the biogas from its production, its injection into the natural gas grid and its transport in the natural gas grid until its withdrawal from the natural gas grid, mass balance systems have been used which meet the requirements of the Renewable Energy Sources Act and its implementing ordinances. For further details, please refer to the terms of reference. Biogas (biomethane) for an offtake point with a reference value of approx. 1,200,000 kWh/a.Delivery period from 01.01.2024, 6.00 a.m. to 01.01.2025, 6.00 a.m. Mixed gas (75% share of biomethane) for an offtake point with a reference value of approx. 309,460 kWh/a..Delivery period from 01.01.2024, 6.00 a.m. to 01.01.2025, 6.00 a.m. (one delivery year). For the supply of the offtake point a biogas is demanded for which on the part of the tendering authority the following gesttehungsvorgaben are made: "Biogas" is each gas, which is won by anaerobic fermentation of biomass in the sense of § 2 and § 3 of the regulation over the production of electricity from biomass (biomass regulation - BiomasseV). "Biogas" ("Biomethane") shall mean any biogas or other gaseous biomass that has been upgraded and injected into the biogas network.
