Description

The clients are planning to change all gas consumption devices (GVG) in their gas supply areas from natural gas L (low calorific gas) to natural gas H (high calorific gas). 29,240 metering locations (approx. 35,000 GVG with a factor of 1.2) are involved in the network area of the clients. The switching dates are currently planned for the network areas for March/April 2027 (approx. 29,000 metering locations) and March/April 2028 (approx. 240 metering locations).With this tender procedure, the clients are looking for a service provider for the technical project management.Further details on the network data and the switching dates are explained in the ***1_application conditions***, which can be called up in accordance with item I.3. The services shall be based on the relevant DVGW Codes of Practice (including G 680 (A), 03/2020, G 676-B1, 10/2011, G 695 (A), 03/2019, G 106 (M), 08/2017 and G 107 (M), 02/2020); the current version shall always apply.
The TPM is characterized by planning and organizational authority from the beginning to the end of the EGU project. It forms the interface between the client and all other survey, adjustment and quality assurance companies involved in the natural gas conversion, unless one of these services is also performed by the TPM. With regard to the core tasks of the TPM, it has the right to issue instructions to the conversion companies.
