Mixed supply and construction contract - EPC "turnkey" contract for the executive design and construction of the following works.1) Municipality of San Carlo Canavese: a) adjustment of the methane gas withdrawal, reduction and measurement (IPRM) plant; b) energy recovery plant by means of turboexpander and heat pumps; c) operation and maintenance of the energy recovery plant for 24 months plus 12 optional; 2) Municipality of Conselve: a) new methane gas withdrawal, reduction and measurement (IPRM) plant; b) energy recovery plant by means of turboexpander; c) operation and maintenance of the energy recovery plant for 24 months plus 12 optional. Turnkey EPC contract for the executive design and construction of the following works. a) Adaptation of the methane gas sampling, reduction and measurement (IPRM) plant: reconstruction of 1375 m2 outside forecourt; reconstruction of 3 reduction lines from 15 000 m3/h to 30 000 m3/h; replacement of 3 boilers for the methane gas proration circuit. 3 boilers for the pre-heating circuit; replacement of the fiscal calculator; replacement of the remote control system; renovation of the odorization system; b) construction of energy recovery system: installation of a turbo-expansion system with an average operating capacity of Qn~13000 Sm3/h and a nominal power of at least 300 kWe coupled with methane or electric heat pumps.The following services are included in the request preparation of the worksite area; layout and surveys; earth moving, excavation in any material, backfilling, including transport to authorised dumps; management, transport and delivery to recovery and/or dumps, of any waste produced by the activities of excavation, dismantling, dismantling, construction, installation, testing and commissioning, including consumables to be carried out in compliance with current regulations and company rules; drafting of executive engineering and any engineering activity necessary for the realisation of the works; setting up and management of the worksite areas; civil works of any kind relating to the works and the worksite; electromechanical works and assembly; on-site supply of all materials necessary for the execution of the works, except for any exclusions explicitly listed by the client; inspections and tests at the suppliers' premises; commissioning, tests and tests; production of technical and project certification documentation; surveillance during the construction phase; maintenance and management for the duration of 24 months + 12 optional months exclusively for the portion of the plant concerning energy recovery; education and training of the client's personnel; acquisition, by proxy issued in accordance with the law by the client, of every measure necessary for the execution of the works and the start-up of the plant (obtaining authorizations, seismic authorization, SCIA, obtaining CPI, reporting the thermal plant INAIL, etc.).The civil works related to the works and to the construction site are to be considered separate activities. EPC "turnkey" contract for the executive design and construction of the following works.a) new gas sampling, reduction and measurement system: in the central heating plant the installation of two boilers of at least 305 kW each and two circulation pumps is foreseen; in the central heating plant the installation of two boilers and two circulation pumps is foreseen. and two circulation pumps; in the reduction station three reduction lines are foreseen, each consisting of a cartridge filter, a 104.97 kW vertical shell and tube heat exchanger, a service reducer and an operating/emergency monitor, both silenced; the reduction unit for the gas supply of the thermal power plant, the tanks, the lambing system and the "Dosaodor" injection system shall be recovered from the existing plant, being of recent installation and in conformity with the operational requirements of the project; realization of buildings designed in conformity with the operational, maintenance and safety requirements (acoustic and emissive) suitable for the housing of the equipment; b) realization of Energy recovery plant: turbo-expansion plant installation with a nominal flow rate range 2000
