Description

Concession contract for the public service of natural gas distribution through pipelines in all the territories of the municipalities of the minimum territorial area (A.TE.M.) of Rimini, as indicated in Annex 'A'. The contractual amount is EUR 318 161 130,00, of which the annual value of the service is EUR 26 513 427,00. The share relating to the return on capital and amortisation is EUR 16 569 557. These amounts, estimated on the basis of ARERA Resolution 127/20, which determines the provisional tariffs for 2020, are to be considered indicative and may be subject to updating at the last actual figure of the tariff in force. The reimbursement value (v.i.r. - residual industrial value) to be paid to the outgoing operators is equal to a total of EUR 149 718 049.78, as detailed in Annex "B", section "C". In relation to this value there is a disagreement, which is identified in detail and quantified in Article 14, point 2.1 of the tender specifications (Annex "E").
Significant plant data: the significant data of the natural gas distribution plant of each single municipality, including the identification of the portion of the plant of which the winning bidder acquires ownership, are reported in Annex B.
