the purpose of this consultation is the supply, by flow-through cards, of fuel and ancillary services required for the operation of vehicles in the automobile fleet, as well as the supply, in bulk, of fuel, additives and lubricants for all the vehicles and machinery of the Communauté de communes La Domitienne.
the services included in this lot include the supply, transport and unloading of the following fuels: - diesel - non-road diesel the services included in this lot comprise the supply, transport and unloading of the following fuel: - hvo 100: fuel of 100% renewable origin. It is a synthetic paraffinic diesel, certified sustainable in accordance with the European Union's Renewable Energies Directive. It is manufactured from sustainable vegetable oils, or from reprocessed waste (fats, animal fats, cooking oils, residual oils, etc.). The services included in this lot include the supply, transport and unloading of Aus32 additive (Ad Blue type or equivalent). As SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) systems are very sensitive to impurities potentially present in the mixture, it is essential that the additive meets the ISO 22241 standard, which comprises 4 sections: - iso 22241-1: Quality requirements, - iso 22241-2: Test methods, - iso/dis 22241-3: Handling, transport and storage, - iso/dis 22241-4: Filling interface the services included in this lot comprise the supply, transport and unloading of the following supplies: - windshield washer fluid: quality requirements, with summer and/or winter variants, water-repellent version. Bidders must indicate whether the fluid is biodegradable. - Multifunction grease: High-performance lithium-based grease complying with ISO 6743-9 grease regulations: Iso-L-Xbceb2 DIN 51502 classification: KP 2 K 20- Coolant: Type 1 (-15°) organic- Hydraulic oil: Grade iso vg 46- LV engine oil: Multigrade SAE 5w30, synthetic, ACEA C3/C4- HGV engine oil: Multigrade SAE 10w30, ACEA E9/ E7- manual gearbox oil: Multigrade SAE 75w80, synthetic - automatic gearbox oil: DEXRON lll H synthetic- transmission oil: Multigrade SAE 80w90- 2-stroke oil: Biodegradable in accordance with OCED 301, synthetic supply, by flow-through cards, of the fuel needed to run the fleet vehicles.These cards must also enable payment for ancillary services such as car washing and access to freeway networks (at least Autoroutes du Sud de la France). The presentation of the oil company's accredited card by the agents must enable them to take fuel immediately from authorized service stations, with signature by means of a confidential code and entry of mileage.
