1.The subject matter of the contract is the comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas (group E), i.e. the supply of gas fuel with distribution services to points of gas consumption (PPG), divided into four parts of the contract:I part concerns PPG settled according to mixed prices (tariff prices and competitive market) from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024, o fuel demand in the amount of 15,785,757 kWh basic order, Part II concerns PPG settled according to competitive market prices, from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024, o fuel demand of 1,032,288 kWh basic order, III part concerns PPG settled according to mixed prices (tariff prices and competitive market), from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2025, o fuel demand of 15,785,757 kWh basic order,IV part concerns PPG settled according to competitive market prices, from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2025, o fuel demand of 1,032,288 kWh basic order,
1.The subject matter of the contract is the comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas (group E), i.e. the supply of gas fuel together with distribution services to the gas consumption points (PPG) of the Ordering Party, divided into four parts of the contract:I part of the contract concerns PPG settled according to mixed prices (tariff prices and competitive market), indicated in Appendix No. 1A to the SWZ, in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024, o demand for fuel in the amount of 15,785,757 kWh - basic order,2.Gas fuel shall be delivered 24 hours a day to the delivery and reception points, listed in Appendix No. 1A to the SWZ, which is a set of gas facilities for connecting the internal network owned by the Ordering Party with the gas network of the system operator.3.In the course of contract execution, the Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce or increase the quantity of gas fuel within the range of +/- 10% of the basic order. The increase in the quantity of gas fuel will be made on an option basis. The principles, scope and manner of exercise of the above by the Ordering Party are described in Appendix No. 2A to the SWZ - Draft Contract Provisions in § 1, paragraphs 3 and 4.4.In the event that the Ordering Party is/are an entity entitled to settle according to tariff prices approved by the President of the ERO within the meaning of the Act of January 26, 2022. on special solutions for the protection of customers of gaseous fuels in connection with the situation on the gas market, the DECLARATIONS OF THE GAS FUEL CONSUMER signed by the Ordering Party on the destination of the gaseous fuel, according to the template attached to the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of January 28, 2022, have been attached to these proceedings. A given PPG may be partially or fully settled according to prices from the Sales Tariff approved by the President of the ERO - information is included in Appendix No. 2A to the SWZ - description of the subject of the contract. Settlement of the distribution service and purchase of gaseous fuel will take place in accordance with the rules set forth in the Energy Law of April 10, 1997, the Law of January 26, 2022 on special solutions for the protection of gas fuel consumers in connection with the gas market situation, the Law of December 15, 2022 on special protection of certain gas fuel consumers in 2023 in connection with the gas market situation, the distribution tariff and sales tariff approved by the President of the ERO.5.Information on the subject matter of the contract and the obligations of the Ordering Party and the Contractor is contained in Appendix No. 2A to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract.6.Information on the current contracts is described in Appendix No. 1A to the SWZ in the column "Duration of the current contract / termination period".7.Number of contracts for comprehensive supply of gas fuel to be concluded by the Ordering Party with the Contractor selected in this procedure: according to the information given in Appendix No. 1A to the SWZ . 1.The subject matter of the contract is the comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas (group E), i.e. the supply of gas fuel together with distribution services to the gas consumption points (PPG) of the Ordering Party, divided into four parts of the contract:II part of the contract concerns PPG settled according to competitive market prices, indicated in Appendix No. 1B to the SWZ to the SWZ, in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024, o demand for fuel in the amount of 1,032,288 kWh - basic order,2.Gas fuel shall be delivered 24 hours a day to the delivery and reception points, listed in Appendix No. 1B to the SWZ, which is a set of gas equipment used to connect the internal network owned by the Ordering Party with the gas network of the system operator.3.In the course of contract execution, the Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce or increase the quantity of gas fuel up to +/- 10% of the basic order. The increase in the quantity of gas fuel will be made on an option basis. The increase in the quantity of gas fuel will be made on an option basis. The principles, scope and manner of exercising the above by the Ordering Party are described in Appendix 2D to the SWZ - Draft Contract Provisions in § 1, sections 3 and 4.4.In the event that the Ordering Party is/are an entity entitled to settle according to tariff prices approved by the President of the ERO, within the meaning of the Act of January 26, 2022. on special solutions for the protection of customers of gaseous fuels in connection with the situation on the gas market, the DECLARATIONS OF THE GAS FUEL CONSUMER signed by the Ordering Party on the destination of the gaseous fuel, according to the template attached to the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of January 28, 2022, have been attached to these proceedings.
