Description
The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to define the terms governing future contracts to be awarded on the basis of this Framework Agreement, hereinafter referred to as subsequent contracts for the supply and transmission of natural gas for the OPAC de l'Oise. The description of the expected supplies and associated services that are common to all subsequent contracts is defined in Article V of the CPC. Subsequent contracts awarded on the basis of this framework agreement will supplement its provisions without substantially amending them. The purpose of subsequent contracts will be to define: - their duration, - the price per reporting point (PCE) and its revision method chosen from the 3 formulas provided for in article 8-3 of the CCP.
