Description

Within the scope of the contract, the Contractor: a) shall prepare a complete design documentation of educational models for the Stanisław Lem Experimental Garden, allowing the Contracting Authority to assess, at the stage of contract performance, the functional, material, functional and aesthetic parameters, i.e. in particular: drawings with dimensions, projections with the overall arrangement of equipment, technical and material specifications, description of the operation of the educational model, a description of the installation, a description of the adopted quality, material and finishing solutions, as-built documentation which should be understood as design documentation taking into account the changes made during the implementation of the educational model, instructions for use and exploitation; b) will make and deliver educational models to the Experimental Garden named after him. Stanisław Lem, in accordance with the design documentation accepted by the Contracting Authority; c) assemble the models in accordance with the final model placement plan provided by the Contracting Authority at the stage of contract completion (the initial placement plan for educational models is included in Appendix 7 to the ToR) and in accordance with the guidelines included in Appendix 6 to the ToR; d) provide a quality guarantee and warranty for the period specified in the offer; e) provide a warranty for the period specified in the offer.
