France - G11-Campus ENSAM - OPC mission for the energy renovation and restructuring of building M at ENSAM, Angers Campus

This call for tenders concerns a Project Management and Coordination (PMC) contract for the energy renovation and restructuring of the ENSAM M building in Angers. Building M, with a floor area of around 6,000 m², comprises 2 buildings, M1 and M2, which together with building R form a 2nd category ERP of type R. The project includes an energy component with the implementation of a more efficient envelope and the complete renewal of the technical installations, and a functional component with the relocation of administrative functions, the services required for the ELF (Evolutive Learning Factory) and the creation of a general store. The project is included in the CPER 2021-2027 regional development plan and will benefit from European funding. The project is being managed by the rectorat of the Pays de la Loire academic region. The total cost of the works is estimated at 7.8 M€ excluding VAT. The contract will comprise a firm tranche and an optional tranche for the installation of a photovoltaic system. By way of indication, the works are scheduled to start in mid-2026, with handover at the start of the 2028 academic year.
