Description
SDEG 16 is the coordinator of a group of orders. This group, composed of 58 members located in the Charente department, aims to meet the recurring needs of members in terms of natural gas supply and transmission. The framework agreement includes approximately 264 PDLs representing an annual consumption volume of approximately 27.444 GWh. The consultation concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement to define the main terms of subsequent contracts for the supply and transmission of natural gas to LDPs. The subsequent contracts to be concluded will cover: - the supply of natural gas for metered LDPs, - access to and use of the public gas distribution network for members' LDPs under a single contract, - services necessarily related to the supply of natural gas, - services included in the catalogue of services of the distribution system operator.
