Description

The subject of the order is the successive purchase (delivery) of diesel (ON) - 1 100 m3 - CN code: 27101943 and 27102011 and petrol PB 95 - in the quantity of 70 m3 CN code 27101245, CN27101249 intended for refuelling of the Ordering Party's vehicles and for sale outside, meeting the requirements of the applicable Polish and European standards, including the standards PN-EN 590:+A12017-06 (ON), PN-EN 228:+A12017-06 (PB 95), the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9.10.2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015 item 1680), as well as the Act on the system of monitoring and control of fuel quality of 25.8.2006. (Journal of Laws of 2006, item 1928, as amended). The technical and chemical parameters of the diesel fuel supplied must not be inferior to those specified in the above mentioned laws and standards and in Annex 3 to the Regulation and PB 95 petrol in Annex 1, 2. The diesel fuel supplied must be microbiologically clean and resistant to possible biological contamination, throughout the distribution chain and in the fuel installation.2The parameters of the delivered diesel oil should be adjusted to the delivery period, i.e. season of the year and ambient temperature (so called summer, transitional and winter attack oil).3. The Ordering Party reserves the right to order and the Contractor accepts for execution possible deliveries of diesel oil for operation in the arctic climate (so called arctic) with parameters according to table 2b in PN-EBN 590 + A 2011 with temperature lower than the outside air temperature.
