Description

The subject matter of the contract is the successive purchase of liquid fuels on a non-cash basis with the use of electronic fleet cards, hereinafter referred to as "Cards", assigned to the cars used by the Employer, i.e. unleaded gasoline PB 98, PB 95, diesel fuel (hereinafter referred to as "fuels"), engine oil (suitable for engines in company cars), windshield washer fluid (summer and winter), car chemicals, small car accessories for company cars used by the Ordering Party and the possibility of paying for car washing at automatic station car washes(hereinafter referred to as "non-fuel articles") and paying tolls on freeways and toll roads.
(1) The subject matter of the contract is the successive purchase of liquid fuels on a non-cash basis with the use of electronic fleet cards, hereinafter referred to as "Cards", assigned to the cars used by the Purchaser, i.e. unleaded gasoline PB 98, PB 95, diesel fuel (hereinafter referred to as "fuels"), engine oil (suitable for engines in company cars), windshield washer fluid (summer and winter), car chemicals, small car accessories for company cars used by the Ordering Party and the possibility of paying for car washing at automatic station car washes(hereinafter referred to as "non-fuel items") and paying tolls on freeways and toll roads. (2) The purchase will be carried out at fuel stations indicated by the Contractor, located in Poland, where the Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with the possibility of making purchases in a non-cash form, under the terms of the agreement to be concluded as a result of the award of this procedure.3Estimated quantity:- unleaded gasoline (PB 98) - 7,000 liters;- unleaded gasoline (PB 95) - 300,000 liters;- diesel fuel (ON) - 44,000 liters;- windshield washer fluid (summer and winter), car chemicals, small car accessories, highway tolls, toll roads and use of automatic car washes in the amount of up to 4% of the total value of fuels.The above quantities are estimates and do not constitute an obligation of the Ordering Party to purchase in the above quantities. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use the quantitative limit of the subject of the order, without the right of claim on the part of the Contractor.The Ordering Party allows the possibility of changing the estimated quantities in individual items, provided that they do not exceed the total remuneration of the Contractor specified in the contract. 4.Detailed description of the subject matter of the order (hereinafter SOPZ) is contained in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ -SOPZ and in the Model Agreement constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ( hereinafter Model Agreement or Contract).
